Wheelers Hill Office Suite Sold at Auction
An office suite adjoining a popular shopping centre at Wheelers Hill in Melbourne’s south-east has been sold at auction by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
The vacant property at 41E/190-200 Jells Road, Wheelers Hill, was sold as an investment to a self-managed superannuation fund by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh’s Ryan Amler on behalf of a private owner for $382,500.
Ryan Amler said the marketing campaign for the approximately 96 sqm office suite attracted more than 30 inquiries and there were two bidders at the on-site auction.
“There was a good attendance for the auction and some keen competition between the bidders resulted in the property being sold under the hammer,” he said.
Ryan Amler said the first floor office suite comprises a glass partitioned office with a reception area, boardroom, two private offices and an open plan work area.
“The property is in an excellent corporate environment adjoining Wheelers Hill Shopping Centre and comes with two allocated car spaces,” he said.
“There is also ample customer car parking on site and the location offers easy access to the Monash and Eastlink Freeways.”
