Scoresby Commercial Premises Sold
Standalone commercial premises with a three-bedroom residence at Scoresby in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs has been sold post-auction by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
The approximately 171 sqm vacant property at 11-13 Cavell Street, Scoresby, was sold for $521,000 to a local investor by George Kelepouris of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh on behalf of a local owner.
Mr Kelepouris said the building with a ground floor retail/office space was offered for sale at an onsite auction.
“The auction attracted four bidders and the property was sold shortly after the auction to one of the bidders,” he said.
The property on a total land area of approximately 376 sqm is zoned Commercial 1 and also included a three-bedroom residence.
