A vacant office suite in the inner Melbourne suburb of Prahran has been sold by Ray White Commercial.
The first floor property at 1 Grattan Street, Prahran, was sold for $400,000 to a private owner-occupier by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh’s George Kelepouris on behalf of a private owner.
George Kelepouris said the approximately 70 sqm modern office also has a small balcony on the northern side of the building.
“This office was ready to move into and is ideally situated across from Grattan Gardens and just minutes’ walk to Chapel Street and Prahran Market.,” he said.
“The location is close to the Melbourne CBD, retail amenities and all forms of public transport. The office has two secure parking spaces allocated.”
