Oakleigh South Warehouse Sold
A modern industrial warehouse at Oakleigh South in Melbourne’s south-east has been sold at auction by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
The vacant property at 7/23-25 Bunney Road, Oakleigh South, was sold under the hammer to a local owner occupier for $320,000 by George Kelepouris of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh on behalf of a local owner.
George Kelepouris said the approximately 145 sqm building offered a good height warehouse and approximately 16 sqm of office space.
“This was an ideal opportunity for either an owner-occupier or an investor,” he said.
“We had keen interest and seven bidders at the on-site auction with very competitive bidding before the property was sold under the hammer.”
George Kelepouris said the property included on-site parking for two cars.
