Oakleigh Retail Building Sold
A standalone retail/office building with redevelopment potential (STCA) at Oakleigh in Melbourne’s south-east has been sold by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh for $630,000.
The vacant property on a land area of approximately 156 sqm at 184 Warrigal Road, Oakleigh, was sold to a private investor by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh’s George Kelepouris on behalf of a private owner.
George Kelepouris said there was strong interest from a range of buyers in the boutique 170 sqm building, which includes a two bedroom dwelling.
“The purchaser plans to renovate the property and then lease it out,” he said
George Kelepouris said the building is zoned ‘commercial 1’ and has potential for a multi-storey apartment (STCA).
“The building is located on a corner position and enjoys easy access to key arterials and conveniences,” he said.
