Mount Waverley Commercial Building Sold
A versatile commercial building at Mount Waverley in Melbourne’s south east has been sold by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
The vacant property at 3 Windsor Avenue, Mount Waverley, was sold to an owner-occupier for $943,000 by Ryan Amler of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh on behalf of a local owner.
Ryan Amler said the approximately 292 sqm two-storey building comprises a ground floor retail space with an upstairs renovated residence.
“This was a versatile offering with a commercial outlet on the ground floor and completely renovated loft style residence with Tasmanian Oak floor boards on the first floor,” he said.
“The property has also had all the electrical updated with new wiring and switchboard.”
