A commercial building with redevelopment upside at Mount Waverley in Melbourne’s south-east has been sold at auction by Ray White Commercial for $1,135,000.
The property at 11 Windsor Avenue, Mount Waverley has sold under the hammer to a private investor by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh’s George Kelepouris on behalf of a private owner.
George Kelepouris said the on-site auction attracted five bidders after some strong interest during the marketing campaign.
“This well presented property included a shop/office as well as a separate two bedroom residence with a total building area of approximately 215 sqm,” he said.
“The property is on a land area of approximately 376 sqm and is directly opposite Jordanville Railway Station and 100m from Huntingdale Road.
“One of the attractions of the property is the potential for value adding or redevelopment (STCA).”
