Mordialloc Warehouse/Office Sold for $1.1 Million
An industrial warehouse/office in a prime position at Mordialloc in Melbourne’s south east has been sold by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh for $1.1 million after being on the market with other agencies for almost two years.
The approximately 865 sqm vacant property at 247 Boundary Road, Mordialloc, was sold to an owner-occupier by Ryan Amler and Joshua Colosimo of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh on behalf of a local owner.
Ryan Amler said the facility on an approximately 1,320 sqm block was sold for asking price just two weeks after Ray White Commercial listed the property.
“This property had been on the market for a total of 617 days with numerous other agents,” he said.
“We were able to present the owner with four offers during the two weeks we had the property on the market.”
Joshua Colosimo said the property benefits from high exposure to passing traffic
“The property has 24m of street frontage which is rare in this industrial precinct,” he said.
“There was also side yard vehicle access and a roller shutter door plus three phase power to the warehouse.”
