Mordialloc Industrial Site Sold
An industrial warehouse in Melbourne’s south-east has been sold by Ray White Commercial for $365,000.
The property at 21a Boundary Road, Mordialloc, was sold to a private investor by Paul Rizzo of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
Paul Rizzo said the property was sold within two weeks of being listed and attracted strong interest from prospective buyers.
He said the level of interest in the property and immediate sale was indicative of the appetite for warehouses in the region.
“An identical property next door to the premises was sold at auction earlier this year for $355,000 which is great news for the seller,” Paul Rizzo said.
“The property has a total building area of 229 sqm and includes a modern kitchen and bathroom, rear courtyard and on-site car parking.
“The site also comprises a high clearance warehouse and a heavy power supply.”
Paul Rizzo said the buyer intended to occupy the premises and had downsized from a larger warehouse in the area.
“The property’s location close to Melbourne’s CBD is a major drawcard for the buyer, particularly its exposure to Governor and Boundary Roads, as well as Lower Dandedong Road,” he said.
“The purchaser was very happy to secure the property and is very satisfied with the investment.”
