High performance compounds and concentrate supplier A. Schulman Pty Ltd has secured an industrial office/warehouse in Melbourne’s south-east for its Australian operations.
The subsidiary of Ohio-based global materials firm A. Schuman Inc. has taken up a long term tenancy at 1/13 Japaddy Street, Mordialloc, in a deal negotiated by Ryan Amler of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
Ryan Amler said the versatile property with 47 metres of street frontage is strategically located off Boundary Road in the sought after Braeside Industrial Precinct.
“The property has a total building area of 1,672 sqm including 193 sqm of partitioned office space and 178 sqm of warehouse,” Mr Amler said.
“The site also comprises a high clearance warehouse of 6.9 metres, two container height roller doors and a heavy power supply.”
Ryan Amler said the site was located in a central location offering easy access to Governor and Boundary Roads as well as Lower Dandenong Road.

The company has secured a 3 + 3 + 3 year lease at a net rental of $110,000 per annum.
