Moorabbin Office/Warehouse Sold
A warehouse/office in the tightly held Gateway industrial business park in the heart of Moorabbin in Melbourne’s south-east has been sold prior to auction by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
The vacant property at 13/150 Chesterville Road, Moorabbin, was sold to a local business owner-occupier for $525,000 by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh’s Ryan Amler on behalf of a private investor.
Ryan Amler said there was strong interest in the approximately 224 sqm property with more than 50 enquiries before the owner accepted an offer prior to going to auction.
“This was a superb offering in a sought after location and we had keen interest from owner-occupiers and investors,” he said.
“The modern warehouse also offered a 30 sqm first floor office and a 30 sqm ground floor reception/showroom.
“There is a designated container loading area as well as three car parks and ample visitor car parking.
“The property is ideally located near major arterials roads including the Nepean Highway, South Road and Warrigal Road.”
