Keilor Park Warehouse/Office Sold
An industrial warehouse/office unit at Keilor Park in Melbourne’s north-west has been sold post-auction by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
The vacant property at 6/37 Keilor Park Drive, Keilor Park, was sold shortly after an onsite auction to a local owner-occupier for $650,000 by Theo Karkanis and Paul Rizzo of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh on behalf of a private seller.
“We had keen interest in this outstanding commercial property with a total building area of approximately 330 sqm which was purchased by a local business operator looking for larger premises with enough car space for their growing staff,” Theo Karkanis said.
“The offering comprised approximately 145 sqm of quality offices over two levels and a 52 sqm mezzanine area.
“The high clearance warehouse has container height clearance and there is on-site parking for four vehicles.”
Paul Rizzo said the property is ideally located just metres from the Calder Freeway turn off with access to major arterials such as the Western Ring Road and the Tullamarine Freeway and only 20km north-west of Melbourne’s CBD.
