Dandenong South Warehouse Sold
An office/warehouse which is situated in the industrial hub of Dandenong South in Melbourne’s south-east has been sold by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
The property at 3/22-24 Rhur Street, Dandenong South, was sold to a local investor by Paul Rizzo of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh on behalf of a local owner for $430,000.
Paul Rizzo said there was strong interest in the approximately 470 sqm vacant building with more than 30 direct inquiries during the marketing campaign.
“We took this property to auction and it was initially passed in but then was sold less than three weeks later for more than the reserve price,” he said.
Paul Rizzo said the clean and functional warehouse features a dual container height roller door, 3 phase power and on-site parking for six vehicles.
“The building includes a 50 sqm office/ reception area, a kitchenette and amenities,” he said.
“The property’s strategic location in the industrialised suburb of Dandenong South and within easy access of the Eastlink Toll Road via Greens Road all assisted in the sale.”
