Dandenong North Commercial Building Sold
A versatile commercial building at Dandenong North in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs has been sold by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
The property with a building area of approximately 104 sqm at 4A/56 Outlook Drive, Dandenong North, was sold post-auction as a vacant possession for $250,000 to a local investor by Paul Rizzo of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh on behalf of a private owner.
Paul Rizzo said the property was offered for sale at auction and attracted strong interest during the marketing campaign with 35 inquiries.
“There were three bidders at the auction but the property was passed in at $222,000,” he said.
“Negotiations continued and the property was sold approximately nine days later with the eventual sale price $10,000 above the reserve.”
Paul Rizzo said the property which offers a large open plan layout is now available for lease through Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
“The property is in a great location and is suitable for many different uses,” he said.
