Clayton South Warehouse/Office Sold at Auction
An industrial warehouse/office in the heart of the Clayton South industrial precinct in Melbourne’s south east has been sold at auction by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
The property at 20 Prestige Drive, Clayton South, was sold under the hammer for $560,000 to an owner-occupier by Ryan Amler and Joshua Colosimo of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh on behalf of a local owner who had held the complex for two decades.
Ryan Amler said the marketing campaign for the versatile industrial property attracted strong interest.
“This was a great opportunity and we had five bidders at the on-site auction and keen bidding before the property was sold under the hammer,” he said.
Joshua Colosimo said the building offered a total lettable area of approximately 485 sqm, including a first floor office and mezzanine of approximately 182 sqm.
“The property offers excellent street frontage and a container height warehouse with easy access,” he said.
“There are also nine allocated car spaces on site or an area to drop containers.”
