Clayton South Warehouse Sold for $1.2 Million
A standalone office/warehouse at Clayton South in Melbourne’s south-east has been sold by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh for $1.2 million.
The prominently positioned property at 24 Graham Road, Clayton South, was sold as a vacant possession to a private trust by George Kelepouris of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh on behalf of a local businessman.
George Kelepouris said there was keen interest in the complex, which is on a land area of approximately 1841 sqm and offered excellent car parking and a recently renovated office plus warehouse.
“The owner originally was an owner-occupier before vacating the property,” he said.
“The complex offers a warehouse/office of approximately 1250 sqm including approximately 280 sqm of ground floor reception and partitioned offices.
“Prominently positioned in a tightly held precinct, the industrial investment offers street frontage in a premium location close to Westall Road, Springvale Road and Monash Freeway.”
