Clayton South Investment Sold at Auction
A tenanted industrial investment opportunity at Clayton South in Melbourne’s south east has been sold at auction by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
The warehouse/office at 6/632 Clayton Road, Clayton South, was sold under the hammer for $348,000 to a private investor by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh’s Ryan Amler and Joshua Colosimo on behalf of a private owner for a yield of approximately 6.2 per cent.
Ryan Amler said there was keen interest in the marketing campaign and the onsite auction attracted four bidders.
“We had some strong enquiry about this modern industrial property which was recently leased and is returning net rental of $21,800 per annum with the tenant paying all outgoings,” he said.
Ryan Amler said the total building area was approximately 213 sqm and included a container height warehouse and office/showroom over two levels.
“There’s onsite parking for two cars and exceptional amenities and facilities,” he said.
