Braeside Industrial Complex Sold
A standalone industrial facility on a large site with ample hardstand at Braeside in Melbourne’s south-east has been sold by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
The approximately 570 sqm vacant warehouse/office building was sold post-auction to a private investor for $815,000 by Theo Karkanis and Joshua Colosimo of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh on behalf of a private seller.
Theo Karkanis said the property on an approximately 1,036 sqm land area was taken to auction and five bidders attended.
“The property ended up being passed in but was sold shortly after the auction to the highest bidder,” he said.
Joshua Colosimo said there had been strong interest from both owner-occupiers and investors in the property which offered abundant on-site parking and more than 300 sqm of hardstand area to drop containers.
“This property is zoned ‘Industrial 1’ and the warehouse featured container height electric roller doors and 3 phase power,” he said.
