Bentleigh East Showroom Sold for Above Reserve Price
A warehouse/showroom at Bentleigh East in Melbourne’s south-east has been sold above the reserve price by Ray White Commercial for $925,000.
The vacant property at 3 Ardena Court, Bentleigh East, was sold to a local owner-occupier on behalf of a private owner by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh’s Paul Rizzo.
Paul Rizzo said the on-site auction of the approximately 450 sqm building attracted strong interest, with more than 40 direct inquiries from buyers.
“We handed out 12 contracts on the day and had 15 people attend the auction,” he said.
“The property was passed in at $850,000 and following negotiation finished up on $925,000, which is above the reserve price.”
Paul Rizzo said the site had a total land area of 812 sqm which comprised a large modern open plan office area, showroom, rear courtyard and ample on site car parking.
“The site is located in the tightly held Bentleigh East precinct opposite the Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC) and is within close proximity to Moorabbin’s industrial precinct.”
