After working together for almost a decade, commercial real estate team Jared Doyle and Jack Gwyn have taken their business to the next level, opening RWC Gateway.
ALINK to Port Melbourne
IT services company ALINK has leased an office/showroom in the Fishermen’s Bend precinct at Port Melbourne through Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
ALINK has secured a two-storey building at 102-106 Turner Street, Port Melbourne, in a deal negotiated by Theo Karkanis of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
Theo Karkanis said the building offers a total lettable area of approximately 495 sqm and has had new LED lighting installed throughout the property.
“This well presented two storey office/showroom less than 3km from the Melbourne CBD offers natural light and is close to major arterials including CityLink and the Westgate Freeway as well as public transport,” he said.
“It was a great fit for ALINK who were in need for larger premises and will be moving from another location in Port Melbourne.”
ALINK has taken out a 5 + 5 + 5 year lease at net rental of $85,000 per annum.
